FAQ
What Is The “Series I”?
Every collection by Daniel Ashley co. is limited production, strictly reserved to cloth only the finest connoisseurs from around the globe. The first release in our “World’s Finest Homewear” Collection is a reimaging of the most fundamental garment in Men’s attire. To ensure that every creation is a flawless bespoke fit, each member of the “Series I” collection will receive up to four tailored cotton productions per purchase, the final measurements of which are used to craft the vicuña boxer. Every series has an associated “Gift of Luxury” that is included alongside the first cotton production. The final Series I vicuña production will be shipped inside its Nero Marquina marble display case, with a bronze vicuña statue and numbered plaque.
How Long Does Production Take?
The “Daniel Ashley Experience” involves tailoring a number of increasingly precise prototypes out of luxurious fibers in order to shape the final production to a seamless bespoke fit. Each pair may take 2-4 weeks to craft by hand to the exact specifications of our members, with a standard total production process averaging of 3-4 months. The standard for creation at Daniel Ashley co. is nothing short of perfection, therefore we are ready to tend to any garment fitting request in order to ensure the timeless quality of every piece, and are able to accommodate priority shipping & creation services for an additional fee.
What Is The Daniel Ashley co. Refund Policy?
Every Daniel Ashley co. piece is tailored exclusively for their owner; therefore if any members are dissatisfied with their final production, we can offer a one-time replacement service at 50% of the original “Series I” price that entitles clients to receive one final bespoke vicuña boxer production. Additional cotton productions may be purchased prior to construction of the final Vicuña Boxer to ensure our tailor has the additional measurements to create an extraordinary fit. No refunds may be offered once the Series I creation process begins, which occurs after clients get their first measurements taken.
